WHY WE CREATED THIS
Modern football has become a world of transfers, contracts, luxury and commercial deals. Everything moves fast and everything is measured in numbers. But somewhere along the way, something important has been forgotten. Football was built on communities, dreams and opportunity. We believe players who reach the top carry a responsibility to give something back - not only financially, but personally. That is why we created The Giving Squad.
MORE THAN AN AGENCY
At Universal Bulgaria we do not want to be known only for transfers, negotiations and deals. Those things are part of the job, but we believe our responsibility goes further. We want to help players grow not only as athletes but as people. Because the greatest careers are built not only on performance, but on character, values and responsibility. Our goal is simple: to build great footballers - and even better human beings.
THE IDEA
The Giving Squad is an initiative designed to remind players that success brings responsibility. Every player who joins the initiative becomes part of a collective effort to give something back to football and to society - not through symbolic gestures, but through real actions, real connections and real impact.
GIVE
BACK
XI
At the heart of the initiative is a program called Give Back XI. Every player involved chooses a personal cause to support. This could be:
A child from a disadvantaged background who needs boots, equipment or support to continue playing football.
A small club in a poor area that lacks basic equipment such as balls, kits or training gear.
Youth football projects that need help to survive.
Players are encouraged to meet the people they help, to visit, to talk and to understand their reality. When you see these situations up close, something changes - you realise how much you have and how much you can give.
But the idea goes beyond donations.
